a labyrinth of forgotten corridors, condemned souls and eternal limbo, overseen by a man known only as the Collector.
Rumour has it that for every soul he delivers, Satan rewards him with another cursed artefact for his ever-growing collection.

Entry Instructions
Join the queue at the time stated on your ticket. You will enter on a first-come first-served basis, and security will admit you in small groups of up to 8, every 5 minutes. Fast Track ticket holders will join a separate queue and will enjoy shorter queuing times (one fast track group will be admitted for every two standard groups). Fast track ticket holders in groups of between 6 and 8 persons will not be split up or joined with other persons.

I booked at 7:30pm timeslot, when should I arrive?
Hell's Waiting Room is a walk-through scare attraction and guests will be admitted in small groups of 6 - 8 every five minutes. The time stated on your ticket is the time you may join the queue not the time you will be admitted. Fast Track Ticket holders will experience a substantially reduced wait time as we admit one Fast Track group for every two standard admission groups.
Is this suitable for persons who are pregnant?
Due to the physical nature of the experience, darkness, sudden scares, confined spaces and intense themes, Hellβs Waiting Room is not suitable for guests who are pregnant.
Hell's Waiting Room is no place for the unborn.
Is this suitable for persons with epilepsy?
No. Unfortunately, the flickering flames of hellfire are likely to trigger the photosensitive.Β

Hell's Waiting Room is an intense live horror experience featuring darkness, gore, disturbing imagery, live actors and themes specifically designed to frighten, unsettle and distress guests. It is not intended to be a family attraction.
The minimum age for entry is 12+. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must remain with them throughout the experience.
Parents and guardians should not rely on the minimum age alone when deciding whether this experience is suitable. Every child is different, and only you can judge whether they are likely to cope with an intense horror attraction.
Your safety, and the safety of our other guests, is our overriding concern. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or likely to affect the experience of others. This includes children who are excessively distressed, over-excited, aggressive or forceful.
What's a Fast Track ticket?
Fast Track tickets give you access to the Fast Track queue, with two main benefits:
β’ Groups of 6β8 guests are guaranteed entry together as a private group.
(Groups smaller than 6 or larger than 8 may still be combined or split.)
β’ Priority admission.
We admit one Fast Track group for every two standard admission groups, helping reduce your expected wait time.
Will my group be split up?
Standard admission tickets operate on a first come, first served basis. Guests are admitted in the order they are waiting in the queue, and groups may be combined in order to fill the next available admission group of 6β8 guests.
Fast Track ticket holders who arrive as a group of 6β8 guests will be admitted together as a private group (see above).
Is this a contact event?
Our performers will never intentionally touch guests during the experience, and guests must not touch performers under any circumstances.
Please be aware that this is a live, immersive environment with reduced lighting, moving crowds, uneven surfaces and sudden moments. Accidental contact between guests, actors or the environment may occasionally occur.
Aggressive behaviour, intentional physical contact, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate removal from the experience without refund or readmission.
Is this suitable for persons with heart or respiratory conditions?
This experience contains intense themes, loud noises, sudden scares, darkness, flashing lights, confined spaces, uneven flooring and high-adrenaline situations.
For safety reasons, the experience is not suitable for guests with heart conditions or other medical conditions which may be aggravated by stress, fear, sudden shocks, physical exertion or dust or haze/ smoke.
If you are unsure whether the experience is suitable for you, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before booking.
Is there a cloakroom/ bag storage?
There is no on-site cloakroom or bag storage available.
As this is a walk-through experience with separate entrance and exit locations, it is not operationally practical for us to store personal belongings during the event.
Please avoid bringing large bags, suitcases or unnecessary items with you.
Corporate groups may request limited bag storage in advance, subject to management approval and availability.
Is there a safe word if I wish to leave early?
If you wish to leave the experience early at any point, please inform the nearest member of staff or actor.
Once you have exited the experience, re-entry will not be permitted.
Please note that CCTV cameras may not be actively monitored at all times, so attempting to attract attention via cameras is not a reliable method of requesting assistance or exit.
I have claustrophobia, is this suitable for me?
This experience contains confined spaces, enclosed environments and sections which require guests to crawl through tunnels.
Guests with claustrophobia, anxiety relating to confined spaces, or mobility conditions which may make crawling difficult should carefully consider whether the experience is suitable for them before booking.
Alternative routes may not be available during all sections of the experience.
