Since the pandemic, the underworld has become overwhelmed.

The queues are endless. And Satan has begun outsourcing the overflow.

Hidden behind an old curiosity shop in East London lies Hell’s Waiting Room β€”
a labyrinth of forgotten corridors, condemned souls and eternal limbo, overseen by a man known only as the Collector.

Rumour has it that for every soul he delivers, Satan rewards him with another cursed artefact for his ever-growing collection.

And tonight…
your names have been entered into the ledger.

Entry Instructions

Join the queue at the time stated on your ticket. You will enter on a first-come first-served basis, and security will admit you in small groups of up to 8, every 5 minutes. Fast Track ticket holders will join a separate queue and will enjoy shorter queuing times (one fast track group will be admitted for every two standard groups). Fast track ticket holders in groups of between 6 and 8 persons will not be split up or joined with other persons.

FAQs
I booked at 7:30pm timeslot, when should I arrive?

Hell's Waiting Room is a walk-through scare attraction and guests will be admitted in small groups of 6 - 8 every five minutes. The time stated on your ticket is the time you may join the queue not the time you will be admitted. If you want to ensure you are queuing for no more than 15 minutes, purchase Fast Track tickets.Β

Is this suitable for persons who are pregnant?

Due to the physical nature of the experience, darkness, sudden scares, confined spaces and intense themes, we do not recommend Hell’s Waiting Room for guests who are pregnant.

After all… Hell is no place for the unborn.

Is this suitable for persons with epilepsy?

No. Unfortunately, Hell's Waiting Room employs strobe lighting effects throughout.Β

Is this suitable for children?

This is an intense horror experience featuring gore, darkness, live actors and themes that some guests may find extremely frightening.

The minimum age for entry is 12+. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain with them throughout the experience.

What's a Fast Track ticket?

Fast Track tickets give you access to the Fast Track queue, with two main benefits:

β€’ Groups of 6–8 guests are guaranteed entry together as a private group.
(Groups smaller than 6 or larger than 8 may still be combined or split.)

β€’ Priority admission.
We admit one Fast Track group for every two standard admission groups, helping reduce your expected wait time.

Will my group be split up?

Standard admission tickets operate on a first come, first served basis. Guests are admitted in the order they are waiting in the queue, and groups may be combined in order to fill the next available admission group of 6–8 guests.

Fast Track ticket holders who arrive as a group of 6–8 guests will be admitted together as a private group (see above).

Is this a contact event?

Our performers will never intentionally touch guests during the experience, and guests must not touch performers under any circumstances.

Please be aware that this is a live, immersive environment with reduced lighting, moving crowds, uneven surfaces and sudden moments. Accidental contact between guests, actors or the environment may occasionally occur.

Aggressive behaviour, intentional physical contact, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate removal from the experience without refund.

Is this suitable for persons with heart conditions?

This experience contains intense themes, loud noises, sudden scares, darkness, flashing lights, confined spaces, uneven flooring and high-adrenaline situations.

For safety reasons, the experience is not suitable for guests with heart conditions or other medical conditions which may be aggravated by stress, fear, sudden shocks, or physical exertion.

If you are unsure whether the experience is suitable for you, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before booking.

Is there a cloakroom/ bag storage?

There is no on-site cloakroom or bag storage available.

As this is a walk-through experience with separate entrance and exit locations, it is not operationally practical for us to store personal belongings during the event.

Please avoid bringing large bags, suitcases or unnecessary items with you.

Corporate groups may request limited bag storage in advance, subject to management approval and availability.

Is there a safe word if I wish to leave early?

If you wish to leave the experience early at any point, please inform the nearest actor or member of staff.

Once you have exited the experience, re-entry will not be permitted.

Please note that CCTV cameras may not be actively monitored at all times, so attempting to attract attention via cameras is not a reliable method of requesting assistance or exit.

I have claustrophobia, is this suitable for me?

This experience contains confined spaces, enclosed environments and sections which require guests to crawl through tunnels.

Guests with claustrophobia, anxiety relating to confined spaces, or mobility conditions which may make crawling difficult should carefully consider whether the experience is suitable for them before booking.

Alternative routes may not be available during all sections of the experience.
